Product Description
The UE H-1043-B31 load wheel bracket is a replacement fork wheel frame for Uline pallet jacks. Also called a fork heel or wheel carrier, it is the steel assembly at the end of each fork that holds the load wheels. It fits Uline pallet jack models H-1043, H-1193, H-1366, and H-1506. Made from heavy-duty steel, it mounts to the fork frame and provides axle holes for two load wheels, along with the necessary hardware. The bracket also includes rocker arm mounting points and connections for the push rods, allowing the fork to pivot during lifting. This part comes as a bare metal assembly without wheels or axles. It is built to OEM dimensions to ensure correct wheel alignment and frame height.

Frequently Asked Questions
Q: How can I tell if my load wheel bracket is bent or damaged?
A: Check fork heights with no load; they should be even. A bent bracket often causes uneven forks, veering when rolling, or difficulty entering pallets. Inspect for cracks, warping, or deformation. If the jack suffered impact, one wheel may not touch the ground evenly. Compare both sides visually for alignment differences. Replace a bent bracket promptly to prevent wheel wear and ensure safe operation.
Q: Is this bracket welded on or bolted on to the pallet jack?
A: On Uline pallet jacks, the bracket is bolted, not welded. It attaches with the load wheel axle and a pivot pin linking it to the rocker arm.
Q: What other parts should I inspect when changing this bracket?
A: Check load wheels for flat spots or cracks, and inspect the axle for bending or wear. Examine rocker arms and linkage bushings for looseness. Replace deformed cotter pins, clips, or roll pins instead of reusing them. Ensure hydraulic unit mounts and push rod connections are tight. Addressing these during bracket replacement helps prevent repeat disassembly and keeps your pallet jack operating smoothly.
Q: My Uline jack is an older model labeled H-1484 (or H-1506 etc.). Will this bracket work?
A: Yes. Uline uses different model numbers for fork length or wheel options, but the bracket design is standardized. The H-1043-B31 bracket fits models like H-1043, H-1193, H-1366, H-1484, and H-1506. These share the same frame and wheel bracket design.
Q: Do you supply the hardware (bolts, nuts) to attach this bracket?
A: The bracket comes without bolts or hardware.
Q: Is this a genuine Uline part?
A: This bracket is a high-quality aftermarket replacement, manufactured to meet OEM specifications for Uline jacks.
