Terms of Warranty - Pallet Jackson
- Warranty Coverage
Pallet Jackson (Abtra Inc.) ("We" or "Us") warrants to the original purchaser ("You" or "Customer") that the pallet jack parts purchased on our e-commerce store will be free from defects in material and workmanship under regular use for one (1) year from the date of receipt by the Customer.
- Warranty Claims and Remedies
If you believe a product you purchased from us is defective and still within the warranty period, please contact our Customer Service team with your order information and a description of the issue. Upon confirmation of the defect, we will, at our discretion, either:
a) Repair the defective product at no cost to you, or b) Replace the defective product with a new, equivalent product at no cost to you.
- Warranty Exclusions and Limitations
This warranty does not cover:
a) Damage or defects resulting from improper installation, misuse, abuse, accident, or neglect.
b) Normal wear and tear or damage caused by improper maintenance or repair.
c) Products that have been modified, altered, or tampered with in any way without our written approval.
d) Products used for purposes other than their intended and regular use.
This warranty is limited to the repair or replacement of the defective product. It does not cover any consequential, incidental, or indirect damages or expenses, including but not limited to labor costs, shipping fees, or any other costs associated with the installation or use of the product.
- Warranty Transfer
This warranty is not transferable and only applies to the product's original purchaser. This warranty will not cover any subsequent owner or user of the product.
- Warranty Disclaimers
This warranty is in lieu of all other warranties, express or implied, including but not limited to any warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. Pallet Jackson (Abtra Inc.) disclaims any and all other warranties to the fullest extent permitted by law.
