Most U.S. orders ship same-day from 21 regional warehouses and arrive in 3-5 business days. Free shipping on orders $650+ (lower 48, qualifying items). Worldwide shipping available to most destinations.
Processing & Lead Times
Same-Day Shipping
Orders for in-stock items placed before 1:40 PM PT (Mon–Fri) ship same-day. Orders placed after this cutoff or on weekends and U.S. federal holidays are processed the next business day. In rare cases, processing may take up to 2 business days.
Estimated Transit
Once processed, standard ground shipments typically arrive within 3 to 5 business days within the contiguous United States.
Backorders
If an item becomes unavailable after purchase, we will notify you immediately with next steps and ship it as soon as it is back in stock.
Split Shipments
Orders containing multiple items may ship in separate packages from different warehouses to get your parts to you faster. You will receive a separate tracking number for each shipment.
U.S. Holidays
We do not ship on observed U.S. federal holidays: New Year's Day, Memorial Day, Juneteenth, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving Day, and Christmas Day. Orders placed on these days are processed the next business day.
Shipping Rates (U.S. Lower 48)
Flat-rate shipping based on your order subtotal (before tax and shipping, after any discount codes). Free shipping is automatically applied to qualifying orders $650 or more.

Shipping Exceptions
Oversized, Heavy & Drop-Ship Items
Items exceeding 45 lbs, drop-shipped products, and items with irregular dimensions are excluded from flat-rate and free shipping. These ship via freight or specialty carrier with a custom quote. Examples include:
Items requiring freight shipping are flagged on their product pages. If your cart contains freight items, our team will contact you with a custom quote within 1 business hour of order placement.
Non-Contiguous & Territories
Free and flat-rate offers do not apply to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, or U.S. territories. Please call 1800-210-8170 for a custom quote.
PO Boxes & Military Addresses
We do not ship to PO Boxes via FedEx or UPS. APO/FPO military addresses ship via USPS only and may add 7–14 business days to standard transit times.

Air-Shipping Restrictions
The following items cannot ship by air due to hazmat regulations and must ship via ground:
- Hazardous fluids: paints, primers, solvents, adhesives, oils, coolants
- Pressurized items: gas springs, lift supports, struts, compressed gas cylinders
- Batteries: all lead-acid and lithium-based batteries
- Aerosols: spray lubricants, brake cleaners, spray paints
Important Air Shipping Notes
- Business days only: Next-Day Air on Friday arrives Monday unless Saturday delivery is selected.
- Mixed orders: If your order contains both ground-only and air-eligible items, parts may ship separately to ensure the fastest possible delivery.
- Weather delays: We do not refund expedited shipping costs for delays caused by weather or other conditions outside the carrier's control.
International Shipping
We ship worldwide via USPS, FedEx, and DHL. International rates are calculated post-purchase to ensure accuracy:
Customs, Duties & Taxes
International orders may be subject to duties, taxes, and brokerage fees charged by your country. These are paid directly to the carrier at delivery and are the recipient's responsibility (the importer of record).
Canada: Orders shipping to Canada may be subject to brokerage fees and GST/HST. Shipments are sent DDU (Delivered Duty Unpaid).
Package Retrieval
Local post offices typically hold packages for 10–14 days. Unclaimed packages returned due to unpaid duties or non-retrieval will be refunded minus all shipping costs and applicable restocking fees.
Tracking & Address Changes
Tracking Information
A tracking number is provided for every shipment. You will receive an automated email with your tracking link within 24–48 hours of order processing. For multi-package orders, a separate tracking number is sent for each shipment.
Address Changes
Address changes can be accommodated only if the order has not yet been processed for shipment. Once a tracking number is generated, address corrections must be requested through the carrier and may incur a $20 carrier intercept fee.
Cancellations & Refused Shipments
Standard Cancellation
You may cancel an order as long as it has not yet been processed. Due to our rapid fulfillment workflow, cancellation requests must be submitted immediately after the order is placed.
Processed Orders
Once an order has been processed, it cannot be cancelled. The request will be handled as a Return Inquiry under our Returns Policy and may be subject to restocking fees.
Refused or Unclaimed Shipments
Refused, undeliverable, or unclaimed packages returned to us will be refunded minus all outbound and return shipping costs and applicable restocking fees.
Damage, Loss & Disputes
Every shipment is fully insured against transit damage. To file a successful carrier claim, retain all original packaging, the damaged item, and provide photos of both the damage and the packaging.
