Domestic Shipping

We strive to ensure swift processing and delivery of all orders within the United States. Here's what you need to know:

Shipping Methods and Timelines:

  • Standard Ground Shipping: Products are shipped via UPS or FedEx standard ground service. Please note we use UPS mostly. While, FedEx and USPS are used for some selected items.
  • Same-Day Shipping: Orders placed before 5 pm EST (2 pm PST) are typically shipped on the same day. Please allow up to 2 business days for processing during unforeseen circumstances.
  • Oversized Items: Items exceeding 50 lbs (or classified as oversized). will require freight shipping.
  • Other Shipping Options: Faster shipping options such as Next Day Air (NDA), 2-day, and 3-day shipments are available upon request.  Additional charges may apply for these shipping services.

Exceptions: The above rates do not apply to:

  • Orders shipped to Alaska, Hawaii, rural areas, and international destinations. Please contact us for a shipping quote in such cases. Our team member will contact you with a quote once you've bought the item.

  • Expedited shipping, oversized, irregularly shaped, and heavy items, 

International Shipping

Shipping Quote and Customs Charges:

  • We ship internationally, and customers are required to contact us for a shipping quote.
  • Customers are responsible for any customs charges, taxes, tariffs, etc., incurred during international shipping. It will be billed separately. 
  • Only wire transfer payments are accepted for international orders. Credit cards and other form of payments are not accepted.

Returns and Adjustments:

  • Orders can be canceled if the request is made before order processing begins.  
  • Returns are accepted up to 30 days after delivery if the item is unused and in new condition.
