- Standard Ground Shipping: Products are shipped via UPS or FedEx standard ground service. Please note we use UPS mostly. While, FedEx and USPS are used for some selected items.
- Same-Day Shipping: Orders placed before 5 pm EST (2 pm PST) are typically shipped on the same day. Please allow up to 2 business days for processing during unforeseen circumstances.
- Oversized Items: Items exceeding 50 lbs (or classified as oversized). will require freight shipping.
- Other Shipping Options: Faster shipping options such as Next Day Air (NDA), 2-day, and 3-day shipments are available upon request. Additional charges may apply for these shipping services.
