The GWK-101TF-LW-XL load wheel kit fits the Raymond 101TF electric pallet jack. This kit includes two white polyurethane load wheels, axles, bearings, and fasteners. The high-performance 97A poly compound is formulated for exceptional wear resistance, which is ideal for heavy-load operations. Each wheel assembly is built to Raymond’s exact specifications – approximately 3.25″ in diameter and 4.5″ wide. Inside each wheel are premium sealed bearings (20 mm inner diameter) that provide smooth, low-friction rotation.
The components are ready for installation and designed to meet the load and operational demands of the 101TF model. All parts needed for replacement are included.

Q: The kit’s wheels are hard (97A). Will that make the ride harsher or cause any issues?
A: The 97A polyurethane is harder than the standard wheels, which might transmit more vibration on rough surfaces. However, the difference is not very pronounced because pallet jack load wheels have a small diameter. You will mainly notice that these wheels last longer. They can feel a tad “stiffer” going over cracks or door thresholds compared to softer wheels. Importantly, they won’t damage floors – they are still poly (not metal). Unless your environment is very rough or you require maximum noise dampening, the harder compound is typically a benefit, not a drawback.
Q: Do I need to lubricate the bearings or any part of this kit after installation?
A: No lubrication is needed. The bearings are sealed and pre-greased at the factory – you should not attempt to open them or add grease, as that can contaminate the bearings.
