All warranty periods begin on the date of shipment from Pallet Jackson unless otherwise stated on your invoice or product listing.

What's Covered & What Isn't

  • Defects in workmanship from the manufacturing process

  • Damage from misuse or improper installation
  • Unauthorized alteration or modification
  • Normal wear and maintenance items
  • Labor, rentals, or lost productivity

  • Parts used outside rated specifications
  • Used, rebuilt, or previously repaired parts (unless stated)

How to Make a Warranty Claim

All warranty claims require a Return Merchandise Authorization number (RMA#) before shipping anything back to us. Claims without an RMA# may be refused at our warehouse.

Submit Your RMA Request
Use the button below or call our Warranty Hotline to describe the issue and receive your RMA#. Have your order number and part number ready before you reach out.

Receive Your RMA#, Then Ship
Our team reviews requests within 1–2 business days and responds with your RMA# and return instructions. Do not ship anything until you have your RMA#. Write it clearly on the outside of the package. All warranty returns must be shipped freight prepaid by the customer.

We Inspect & Test the Part
Our team inspects and tests the returned unit within 3–10 business days of receipt to confirm whether the failure falls within warranty coverage. Complex parts may take up to 30 business days.

We Send Your Replacement
If the claim is approved, we ship you a replacement part. A refund will only be issued if the original part is no longer available at the time of the claim. A 25% restocking fee may apply in certain warranty return scenarios, see the NFF Policy below.

Advance Ship Program

Qualified customers who cannot wait for the standard inspection process may request an advance replacement part before their defective unit is received and inspected. This program is exclusive to select high-value accounts and is offered on a case-by-case basis, it is not a standard entitlement.

How it works: A temporary credit card hold is placed for the value of the replacement part. The hold is released once the defective unit is received and the claim is confirmed.
The credit card hold is non-negotiable. If you decline the hold, we are unable to advance ship and your claim will proceed as a standard warranty claim: inspection first, then replacement.
  • Advance ship is exclusive to select high-value accounts and evaluated on a case-by-case basis. It is not available to all customers or claims.
  • If the returned part tests as No Fault Found (NFF), the authorization hold may be captured as a charge and a restocking fee may apply.

No Fault Found (NFF) Policy

If a returned part is tested and no defect is found, we call this a No Fault Found result. Here's what that means for your claim:

If your return is tested and found to have No Fault Found, a 25% restocking fee may apply if you request full credit. A testing fee may also apply for units requiring electrical evaluation. Return shipping, repair, or replacement costs will be at your expense. Credit may be voided if NFF is confirmed through electrical testing.

We encourage you to contact our team before returning a part if you're unsure whether the issue is a defect. Our team can often help diagnose the problem over the phone and save you the return process entirely.

Terms & Limitations

Limitation of Liability Our liability under this warranty is expressly limited to the repair, replacement, or credit of the defective part at our sole discretion. We assume no responsibility for consequential or incidental damages of any nature. This warranty does not cover labor, equipment rentals, or lost productivity under any circumstances. This warranty is in lieu of all other warranties, expressed or implied.
  • All warranty returns require a valid RMA# obtained from our hotline prior to shipment. Items received without an approved RMA# will be refused.
  • All warranty returns must be shipped freight prepaid by the customer to Pallet Jackson.
  • Pallet Jackson reserves the right to substitute an equivalent or upgraded part if the original SKU is discontinued at the time of the claim.
  • The customer assumes full liability for consequences of use or misuse by their employees or others.
  • Warranty does not apply to parts damaged by improper installation, misuse, or physical abuse.
  • Non-Transferability: All warranties apply to the original purchasing entity only and are void upon resale or transfer of the part to any third party.
  • Severability: If any term or provision of this warranty policy is found to be invalid or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, that term shall be enforced to the fullest extent permitted by law, and the remaining terms shall remain in full force and effect.
