Coverage Periods by Product Type
All warranty periods begin on the date of shipment from Pallet Jackson unless otherwise stated on your invoice or product listing.

What's Covered & What Isn't
- Defects in workmanship from the manufacturing process
- Parts that fail to operate within original specifications under normal use
- Material defects identified within the warranty period
- Damage from misuse or improper installation
- Unauthorized alteration or modification
- Normal wear and maintenance items
- Labor, rentals, or lost productivity
- Consequential or incidental damages
- Parts used outside rated specifications
- Used, rebuilt, or previously repaired parts (unless stated)
How to Make a Warranty Claim
All warranty claims require a Return Merchandise Authorization number (RMA#) before shipping anything back to us. Claims without an RMA# may be refused at our warehouse.
Advance Ship Program
Qualified customers who cannot wait for the standard inspection process may request an advance replacement part before their defective unit is received and inspected. This program is exclusive to select high-value accounts and is offered on a case-by-case basis, it is not a standard entitlement.

- If the returned part tests as No Fault Found (NFF), the authorization hold may be captured as a charge and a restocking fee may apply.
No Fault Found (NFF) Policy
If a returned part is tested and no defect is found, we call this a No Fault Found result. Here's what that means for your claim:
We encourage you to contact our team before returning a part if you're unsure whether the issue is a defect. Our team can often help diagnose the problem over the phone and save you the return process entirely.
Parts Not Eligible for Warranty
The following categories are excluded from all warranty coverage. These items are subject to normal wear and predictable maintenance cycles.
Terms & Limitations
- All warranty returns require a valid RMA# obtained from our hotline prior to shipment. Items received without an approved RMA# will be refused.
- All warranty returns must be shipped freight prepaid by the customer to Pallet Jackson.
- Pallet Jackson reserves the right to substitute an equivalent or upgraded part if the original SKU is discontinued at the time of the claim.
- The customer assumes full liability for consequences of use or misuse by their employees or others.
- Warranty does not apply to parts damaged by improper installation, misuse, or physical abuse.
- Non-Transferability: All warranties apply to the original purchasing entity only and are void upon resale or transfer of the part to any third party.
- Severability: If any term or provision of this warranty policy is found to be invalid or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, that term shall be enforced to the fullest extent permitted by law, and the remaining terms shall remain in full force and effect.
