How to Start a Return

All returns require an approved RMA number before any item is shipped back to us. Do not send items without an approved RMA, they will be refused at our warehouse.

Request an RMA
Click "Start a Return" and complete the short form with your order number, return reason, and contact info. Takes about 2 minutes.

Receive your RMA number
Our returns team reviews all requests within 1-2 business days and responds with an RMA number and return instructions by email.

Ship within 10 days
Use any trackable carrier. Write the RMA number clearly on the outside of the package. Expired RMAs will not be accepted.

Inspection & processing
We inspect upon receipt and process your refund within 3-10 business days. Complex parts may take up to 30 business days.

Return Requirements

To qualify for a return, all of the following must apply when the item arrives back at our warehouse:

  • Item is unused and uninstalled
  • Item is in its original, undamaged packaging
  • Item shows no signs of corrosion, modification, or physical damage
  • Item is in fully resalable condition
  • Return is initiated within 30 days of the delivery date
  • A valid, approved RMA number was issued before shipment
Items showing signs of installation, corrosion, alteration, or damage may be refused or subject to a reduced credit at our discretion. If you're unsure, contact us before shipping.

Restocking Fees

Restocking fees cover the cost of receiving, inspecting, and returning items to inventory.

Installed Electrical Parts

Installed electrical components are non-returnable. Installation can damage components in ways that are not externally visible.

  • Starters and alternators
  • Controllers and electrical modules
  • Battery chargers
  • Relays and solenoids
If a returned electrical part shows signs of installation: the return will be refused and the item returned to you at your cost. No exceptions.

Non-Returnable Items

The following categories cannot be returned regardless of condition. Contact us before placing an order if you need to confirm eligibility.

Shipping & Damaged Items

Items Damaged in Transit

If your item arrives damaged, report it within 48 hours of delivery. Keep all original packaging for the carrier claim.

Contact us your order number and photos of the item and packaging. We'll arrange return shipping and issue a full refund or send a replacement.

Damage caused in transit is fully covered, no restocking fee, no return shipping charge. We handle the carrier claim.

Return Shipping Costs

Return shipping is the customer's responsibility on standard returns. If the return is due to our error, wrong part shipped, item not as described, we cover all return shipping costs.

We can provide a prepaid return label on request; the label cost will be deducted from your refund. International customers are responsible for all return shipping, duties, and customs fees regardless of return reason.
