If there's an issue with your order, we'll work with you to resolve it. Read through the policy below or start a return request directly.
How to Start a Return
All returns require an approved RMA number before any item is shipped back to us. Do not send items without an approved RMA, they will be refused at our warehouse.

Return Requirements
To qualify for a return, all of the following must apply when the item arrives back at our warehouse:
- Item is unused and uninstalled
- Item is in its original, undamaged packaging
- Item shows no signs of corrosion, modification, or physical damage
- Item is in fully resalable condition
- Return is initiated within 30 days of the delivery date
- A valid, approved RMA number was issued before shipment
Restocking Fees
Restocking fees cover the cost of receiving, inspecting, and returning items to inventory.

Installed Electrical Parts
Installed electrical components are non-returnable. Installation can damage components in ways that are not externally visible.
- Starters and alternators
- Controllers and electrical modules
- Battery chargers
- Relays and solenoids
Non-Returnable Items
The following categories cannot be returned regardless of condition. Contact us before placing an order if you need to confirm eligibility.
Shipping & Damaged Items
Items Damaged in Transit
If your item arrives damaged, report it within 48 hours of delivery. Keep all original packaging for the carrier claim.
Contact us your order number and photos of the item and packaging. We'll arrange return shipping and issue a full refund or send a replacement.
Return Shipping Costs
Return shipping is the customer's responsibility on standard returns. If the return is due to our error, wrong part shipped, item not as described, we cover all return shipping costs.
We can provide a prepaid return label on request; the label cost will be deducted from your refund. International customers are responsible for all return shipping, duties, and customs fees regardless of return reason.
